Who is Jane Summers?

Sometimes a woman's touch is required to unearth certain answers. And there are times when John can come over all prudish; for instance when he wants to ask questions like: Why are 'knickers' plural yet a bra is 'singular'? On these occasions, his loyal sister Jane picks up the pen. Like John, she has remarkable powers of persistence when it comes to digging out answers.
